Meet Clive, Our New Creative Development ManagerAugust 26, 2020
We’ve had an amazing first half of the year at Technically Creative. From completing our major project with Xplore Athens, to beginning our work with the brand-new visitor centre at the Rampion Windfarm and everything in between. We aren’t one to rest on our laurels however. Now is the time for us to kick on and expand our horizons.
We are pleased to introduce you to our new Creative Development Manager, Clive Powell. Clive has such a passion for creating wonderful experiences within the industry that we love so much. We simply couldn’t wait to have him on board.
They don’t come much more experienced than this!
Clive began his career as a commercial illustrator and marketing professional, specialising within the leisure sector. He then made the jump to move into the leisure attraction arena, designing innovative and creative children’s soft play and laser tag arenas all over the world. From there, Clive became involved with the theming industry, designing and manufacturing an array of thrilling attractions. Since then, he has worked as a consultant and headed up the creative divisions of some of the best-known creative manufacturers around.
As if all that isn’t enough, Clive has worked on plenty of major projects, designing attractions for the likes of Sundown Adventureland, Paulton’s Park, Drayton Manor, Sea-Life, Blackpool Tower, Trafford Centre, along with some really high-end private theming commissions.
“I am delighted to join this exciting company,” said Clive. “For me, the handshake was as much inspired by the team of talented people as the incredible products the company is creating. Watch this space… Technically Creative’s work is out of this world!”
Marc is just as ecstatic about Clive’s appointment. “Clive joining the organisation really was a no brainer. The passion, creativity and knowledge that he brings is breath-taking, skills that cannot be taught!”
The Technically Creative team are all extremely excited to be working with Clive and with some major projects on the horizon, what better time to have someone with his experience and expertise on board. Welcome to the team Clive!
